Pool is Cool!
1.I learnt to play pool! I went out with Lynda today with the main intention of learning pool from a pro who's also a good teacher :D We went to the pool place at the cineleisure building. i wouldnt advise anyone to play there; the price is super steep at $14.80 an hour. Zzz. BUT, i had quite some fun and practice! Lynda taught me the posture, the rules, and the tricks. Unfortunately, i'm still on straight ball practice..can't execute angle balls yet XD That aside, cool posture! ;)2. I walked into an LV store today. Holy cow they have people at all entrances to open/close door-.- and the design was super atas. I walked past a china lady speaking angrily to a salesperson about her shoe size. Money walks the talk. Anyway it was thanks to Lynda that i had the cheek to even step into places like that. It was thanks to her too, that i found out that luxurious brands like LV, Prada and Gucci actually had grades. Like how LV is actually of a higher class than Prada and Gucci, and how Hermes could actually be equal or higher grade than LV. Ya you get the idea..
3. The BK outlet at Orchard Central sucks. The fries were not crunchy, not salty, they were soggy. For the record, there was wool-like stuff on the fries, and even after getting new ones, we still found wool on them. The mash potato and onion burgers were letdowns. Stupid BK-.-
4. I went to my grandma's after a day of havoc to celebrate her birthday. Another feast..tummy says ouch. Anyway, i found out that my cousins took those diet pills that block out the fats/carbos that you get from food. No wonder they looked so weird..they're looking less and less pretty, and i'm not trying to be a sourgrape. Really scary.
