My NPL has come to and end.Glad to start working again, to start earning my keep, to be learning. But definitely nervous as heck about being in a completely new environment - in a new dept, a new hospital.
I'm excited definitely, hopefully as resilient as when I started as a HO. Accepting of challenges, accepting bad days and learning from them. Besides learning the ropes in this new place, it's also about avoiding burnout.
Really hope I enjoy this posting; I do have a good feeling about it somehow.
